Pipkin Inc. was awarded the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery Surface Water Intake Fish Screens and Fish Passage Phase I project to modernize critical water intake infrastructure along Icicle Creek. The project involved construction of new intake facilities, fish screening improvements, and associated water conveyance infrastructure designed to improve fish passage, protect endangered fish species, and provide a reliable water supply to the hatchery. Construction required coordination around seasonal in-water work restrictions, temporary water management, and environmentally sensitive conditions while maintaining the hatchery's operational needs.
