Construction of a design-build 90-lot high-end subdivision adjacent to an area golf course. Work included over 100,000 CY of site excavation for roads, lots, and structures, 25,000 CY of rock excavation, construction of 2.5 miles of new roads, MSE retaining walls, on-site crushing and aggregate processing, 12,200 LF of 8″ sanitary sewer, sewer pump station, 8,700 LF of 8″ DI water piping, and 8,300 LF of 12″ – 24″ storm drainage piping. Most utilities, roads, structures required work on bedrock and steep slopes.
