This project is a multi-phased, 66 Lot subdivision. The project consisted of 17,500 CY of mass earth work and grading required to constructing 3,700 LF on new roadways and storm retention ponds. The finished roadways included concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk with new asphalt pavement. The site utilities included new domestic water and irrigation mains and their associated services for each lot. A new storm system including an onsite retention pond. Along with new dry utilities including, power, phone, TV and fiber ran to each lot.
